Assembly Technician – Bryan, TX | $15

SNELLING Staffing is currently hiring an Assembly Technician in Bryan, TX. This full-time position starts at $15/hr, depending on qualifications. The company also offers excellent benefits and long-term career opportunities.

This position is temp-to-hire, meaning SNELLING will be your employer during the probationary period and will support you through the consideration and interview process with the client.

Assembly Technician Responsibilities

• Perform standard assembly processes and tests on specific equipment

• Record and analyze results as directed by the function

• Follow procedures with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Use packaging tools and equipment as required

• Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Assembly Technician Requirements

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent manufacturing/assembly experience preferred

• Mechanical aptitude with electronics or assembly background

• Previous shipping/packaging experience is a plus

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

• Basic math skills (add, subtract, divide, multiply)

• Computer/data entry experience preferred

• High school diploma or GED required

• Must be dependable and able to work both individually and in a team environment

• Physical ability to sit/stand for 8+ hours, bend, reach, lift up to 50+ lbs.

• Must be comfortable working around noise, vibration, dust, paint, and various materials

Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Location: Bryan, TX (easy commute from College Station and surrounding areas)

• Pay: $15
