Finance Department Responsibilities:

• Serve as a Retail Billing Clerk, handling wholesale and dealer trade transactions with precision and accuracy.
• Manage the remittance of payments and reconcile accounts for new Finance & Insurance (F&I) business, including all Axiom products, Ford ESP, GM Protection Plan, Mopar Vehicle Protection, Gap Insurance, and CLAH insurance.
• Process cancellations for all F&I products efficiently.
• Conduct reconciliation of F&I Dealer Reserve accounts.
• Facilitate the stocking-in process for all new, used, and fleet inventory vehicles.

Retail Accountant Bryan TX Qualifications:

• Possess at least 2 years of experience in accounting and/or finance.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, data entry, and various accounting software programs.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Display strong organizational and time management abilities.
